We use the best produce available, sourcing local where possible but importing flavours and ideas from around the world where they complement our local ingredients. Our cooking is all about flavour – often slow cooked for hours.
Our beef, pork and lamb is raised locally , bacon and sausages are crafted traditionally at our local Knightwick butchers, literally a mile or so from our front door.
Our kitchen team creates every dish fresh using whatever is in season. There’s a particular focus on local game during the season – look out for our specials!
Our wine list reflects our approach to enjoying good food and good wine. We have tried to make the list adventurous, while still offering the classic choices. We offer a wide selection of delicious wines by the glass, and also have a “private reserve” of great quality wines for that special occasion.
